Usage tracking
Your storage usage is calculated from the compressed size of all active mission ZIPs. Monthly visits are counted across all your missions combined, reset on the 1st of each month.
You can see your current usage on the /billing page.
What happens when you hit a limit
Storage limit: new deploys are blocked until you delete old missions or upgrade.
Visit limit: no new visits are counted; your sites stay live but the counter stops.
Mission limit: the '+New mission' button is disabled until you delete a mission or upgrade.
No surprise charges — free plan is hard-capped, not metered.
Upgrading to Pro
Self-serve billing is coming soon. Until then, contact [email protected] to upgrade manually. Pro is activated within 24 hours.
Refund policy
MoonBase is in early access — all Pro upgrades during the beta are treated as founding member prices and are non-refundable. If you have a problem, email support and we'll make it right.
