Subprocessors
MoonBase uses the following third-party service providers (subprocessors) to deliver its services. These providers may process personal data on our behalf.
Current subprocessors
- Hetzner Online GmbH — compute infrastructure and primary data storage — Nuremberg, Germany (EU) — hetzner.com
- Cloudflare, Inc. — CDN, DDoS protection, DNS, edge network — Global (US-based company, global points of presence) — cloudflare.com
- Supabase, Inc. — database (PostgreSQL) and file storage (deployment archives, preview images) — EU — supabase.com
- Resend — transactional email delivery (verification emails, notifications) — United States — resend.com
- PayPal — payment processing (one-time upgrade purchase) — United States — paypal.com
Changes to this list
We will update this page when we add, remove, or change a subprocessor. Customers with a Data Processing Agreement (DPA) who require advance notice of subprocessor changes should contact us at [email protected].
